I love this app and have been using it for over a year. It was a little disappointing when they bought in the subscription cost, but I still get more from it with the rewards I earn, so it is worthwhile. I have had the odd issue with walks not recording properly, but I have contact Biscuit about this and have managed to prove the error and was awarded the Biscuit I would have lost out on, so they are very helpful and communication is excellent.

Great app for gaining biscuits whilst walking your dog & transferring to vouchers; now and again doesn't log walk which can be frustrating & takes longer now you have to pay for premium but apart from that, it's vouchers for doing what you'd do anyway. Still no wiser as to what the accumulation of stars are for? Can anyone shed any light?

The refer a friend feature doesn't work, also doesn't always track my walks and says not enough distance even though we've walked around town.

You can't say I'm not giving this a chance. No reply from customer service since complaint 22 March. 2 walks, usually okay for time/length reported as too short, no reward? What a sh1ty app & getting worse! Already downgraded 5 to 1 star. Used to be good, rewards WERE good & obtainable. Now only 5 biscuits per walk, before 25 per walk yet rewards mostly exceed 1200 each! For 25 biscuits now you must pay a monthly subscription.

I've been a long time user of this app and even gave it 5 stars when my dog was just a pup, back then within a month you could easily earn £30 worth of vouchers just by walking your dog each day. Over the last couple of years the app has got a lot stricter and even introduced a premium plan. However, despite the app now charging users, I find the functionality has decreased with it often not registering walks. fewer points are provided and vouchers feel expensive, I will be cancelling.
