Delivering at door step is not helpful. Delivering inside the house is needed. Delivery boys are movie heros I guess they behave like one. One of the delivery boys abused me and threatened to kill me for asking him twice when will he come to deliver water. Customer service team is beyond hopeless state. They can't fix any issues. Bisleri steals money and doesn't refund. People should ensure this business is closed by stopping to give business to such horrible organization

Very disappointing service. I placed my order on 29 June, but it has still not been delivered. I have been calling customer care every day, and each time they say they will contact the distributor and that the order will be delivered soon. I have highlighted the issue multiple times, but no proper action or support has been provided. Extremely poor delivery service and customer support. I expected much better service from Bisleri.
