I've been tinkering with crypto trades with this app for 3 months now & so far so good. Easy & straightforward to use. Verification was easy and didn't take too long to be approved (about 24hrs). Depositing back into my bank account was instant. My only complaint would be to double-check the amount before buying or selling. I've recently noticed, when a coin drops in price, and I've tried to buy, the buy price is actually higher that that days maximum peak price.

Buy Price is too High and sell price is too Low. Not showing clear sell price. When you compare to other Australian exchanges they have better buy and sell price as compared to this site. Huge margin between buy and sell. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SIGN UP. SCAM ALERT

They will keep your money "for your own safety". They refuse to allow withdrawls to wallets they decide are risky, even if you've used them quite safely before. Having decided that one requested withdrawal was risky they then block all Bitcoin withdrawals. It should be my decision what I do with my Bitcoin, not theirs. The only way to get your money out is to sell all the Bitcoin and withdraw fiat currency. This is clearly not the app to use to buy things with Crypto.

This is a scam. Took my money and refused verification documents. The exact same document I used to open a bank account and get a credit card a few weeks ago. And now they won't allow me to withdraw my own money.
