Better than xtrasec! I was a bit leary about getting a subscription to this app, considering xtrasec was free, but after xtrasec failed to work properly when i needed it, i made the decision to go with bitdefender. They need to work on sms commands for gsm users but otherwise its worth $3/yr when your phone gets lost or stolen. Now im working on purchasing it for my laptop.

poor support and buggy user interface only the sails support work and they claim the product to be far more than it actually is, if you use bit defender you will have headaches at some point the antivirus is great, but all the other products they sell is really poor in development full of bugs and they will make you wait for days to put your laptop/PC/smartphone be operable again for a few more dollars you can get an insurance for your device and then you will be safe, safe from thiefs an from bitdefender tech support that clearly don't even know their products specially the anti theft. Just to let you know a thief can wipe your phone and put it back to work, the owner can't even unlock it, so many users do the same a thief would do, wipe the phone to make it work again after using this software/app #DataLossAlert

Terrible! Only thing it can do is message my phone but when I try to locate it remotely it can be up to a mile off, even if phone has GPS activated! To make it worse, when I try to uninstall it on my Galaxy S2 I can't! Even the computer version isn't great. Uninstalled.
