BK Conditioning

BK Conditioning is Brandon Kempter's coaching, and this app is where BK athletes do the work between check-ins.

Most of the people Brandon coaches are preparing for a stage or building toward one, so the detail matters. Each athlete's training opens on the right day with every exercise, set and target Brandon wrote for them, and the numbers they hit last time sitting beside those targets.

Nutrition sits next to it: the meal plan and daily targets for the current phase, which shift as the phase shifts.

The check-in is the centre of everything. Each week an athlete sends body weight, measurements, progress photos taken from the same angles, and an honest account of how the week went. Brandon reviews every check-in personally and replies, and that reply is what drives the next adjustment. Between check-ins, the message thread goes straight to Brandon.

Daily body weight is drawn as a trend, because in prep the direction over weeks matters far more than any single morning. On phone, Health Connect can bring steps and sleep across automatically.

Inside the app:

- Training written for each athlete, with full lifting history
- Meal plans and daily targets for the current phase
- Weekly check-ins with photos and a reply from Brandon
- A direct message thread
- Body weight, step and sleep trends
- Health Connect on Android

Nothing is sold in the app. Athletes pay BK Conditioning for coaching directly, and the coaching comes from Brandon himself.
