Both times I tried to get a bike they were damaged. The bikes are terribly maintained, and it is difficult to report an issue. I'd avoid using this service in the future. I ended up missing an important appointment today.

Ridiculous business model and immoral practices. Employees shoud be ashamed of working for such nasty folks. They will shake you by your ankles for change, every chance they get. Theh fined me because I locked their bicycle to a pole. Customer service says they need to fine ME because of THEIR agreement with the city council that forbids them from locking their bikes to poles? There were no warnings to tell me i couldn't. IMMORAL.

Terrible company, bike does not unlock then they continue to charge me 15 euro. Customer service doesn't answer email and there phone line just says there are closed for training every single day. There are other options for this service just use them. Do not use bleeper.
