Bikes fantastic. App had been great, but now unusable since April update. Buttons to Hire or End not visible on screen and freezes when you try to end journey, so keeps charging you even after you've locked the bike. UPDATE: When I raised this with Bleeper, they got back to me within an hour, refunded me and suggested what to do if it happens again. They also asked for my device and operating system so the problems can be addressed in the next update. Excellent customer service and great bikes.

Frustrating. Buggy, crashes all the time, bad UI, bad bikes. I have been deducted 10 euro for "incorrect parking" and customer service failed to prove that, they just deducted 1p euro from my card without much explanation. Sometimes you can't get a bike cause it's unresponsive.

Most of the when take photos and submit, it's not submitting app is getting crashed and i have to re do all the time
