AWESOME!!! I've always wanted my own e scooter, and then I saw there's heaps around town, so I got this app, sign up was super easy, you can reserve a scooter for a couple of minutes, it's cheap as well. This fits my budget better than buying one for myself I may hardly use. On the map it is clear where you can and can't go, really not many areas where you can't go. I love this app so much, without this my dreams never would have come true ^_^ I'd have never e scootered. THANK YOU 🥰🥰🥰

Good scooters, Lackluster app ran slow. Sign up process made no sense. I was told (as a 17-year-old) that I could still use the app with parents permission which entailed uploading my parents drivers license to confirm this. After doing as instructed I was met by an error: this license is already in use. The app is contradictory and the people responding to your messages don't even know how the app works.

The app took ages to download, then it was slow working. Even if my phone's internet was to blame for this, there's a protracted sign-up process and once that is navigated, the app itself is not easy to work. I managed to unlock one scooter because it was already physically unlocked, but whilst my friend mucked around on it, I spent the rest of the time trying to unlock another scooter, so we could both ride. Could not physically do it despite instruction on app. Not user-friendly.
