Um den Loginvorgang bei E-Banking oder Mobile Banking mit der BLKB Login App durchzuführen ist eine einmalige Aktivierung Ihres E-Banking Vertrags in der Login App notwendig. Sie können die Aktivierung direkt in der Login App starten.

Half of the tone not working. Ascs me to scan a qr code in that case. But good luck using mirros to scan your own phone scren with the camera. Facepalm

Every time you change the phone it is a nightmare, despite it is the same phone number. The app ask to change the PIN, but it constantly crashes. Called the helpline this morning, and they advised to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it asks the qr-code that was sent by mail to home. Now I am at home and the login app constantly says "Ein Feeler ist aufgetreten" without any further information. I have already lost 3 hours, and I need to call again the helpline tomorrow. ZERO STARS

It required an update, the update somehow failed, and now I'm locked out of my e-banking account. Fix your stuff and hire some competent coders please Update: of course they don't have a hotline open round the clock or on weekends. Might be time to switch banks
