After not using the app for years, I thought let's give it a try again. I connected all 8 filters we have and put in a schedule. Within 2 days, the filter keeps running again day and night while the schedule says it shouldn't at night. But it's good for their business because I have to buy twice as many filters, so why would they improve it. Many bad reviews for years and still the app has the same problems.

The device works, although it never reaches the target humidity overnight. But the app... it constantly shows "reading" and only displays the humidity level from when I first connected (yes it's still connected to Wi-Fi). As many others have said it needs dark mode! I also don't understand why there's no option to turn it off in the morning as part of the schedule? Edit: I emailed support a week ago and have yet to receive a response about this.
