I love this air purifier!!! It's a great investment. Even with all of my animals and a 3,000 sq ft house, this thing rocks! After 8 months, the purifier's filter is still at an amazing 87%!! The app is super easy to handle. I can do it all, right from my living room on my phone. I do suggest buying some extra prefilters. You can find them on Amazon. You can not find this purifier's brand name prefilter, but you can get excellent ones on there that fit perfectly. I keep 3 extras on hand.

After every update the purifier shows offline, and I have to delete the product and reinstall it app logged me out of my account and when I try to log in it says wrong username and password... tried to reset password and it says password is the current password in use again locked out of my account after the update even though I put the right email and password. Tired resetting the password, and it says current password is in use. Even tried uninstalling and re-installing and still didn't work

Spams you with sales push notifications. These can't be disabled without disabling all notifications. So after paying hundreds of dollars, you are left with the option of choosing between a less useful product or listening to this company grovel for more money.

Virtually Useless for Non-Connected Air Filter Models! I wanted to check my filter subscription schedule and cannot find any information on the app. I was forced to log into the website in order to perform what should be a basic task. If filter subscription info is available through the app, it is hidden in some illogical location that I couldn't find.
