I (used to) really like Blue Line. They seem to be employing a practice of arriving early and charging you a waiting fee to get your fare up in price. Taxi booked for 6.10am. Driver called at 6.00am to say he had arrived. I got in the car at 6.04am. I was then charged a waiting fee. No response from the firm and I can see from other reviews that it wasn't just me. So it seems they've introduced this practice and are not bothered by it. Take your custom elsewhere!

Avoid if you are wanting to pre-book a taxi. Wanted to pre-book a taxi for 10:15pm on the same day. The app accepted the timing, destination, etc. and took me to my bank to authorize the card payment. Took me back to the app to say no cars available until 5pm (over 5hrs before I was trying to book it for). On telephoning blue line to see if the booking was made, was told they aren't pre-booking any taxis and can only be ordered when ready. Had to wait 7 days for the pending charge to disappear.
