App is awesome. However, nothing happens when click on Eco sense button. Usung 300 w8 opt petrol auto shift july 2023 model. Is this not supported for this model?

App is good but sluggish, response is very slow to operate, Need more refresh content like 1. Check service cost, 2. Book Service and view service history 3. Shield warranty and Road side assistance 4. Dashboard Lights Meaning 5. Driving habits like ecosense Also do note one can't change his vehicle information by simply editing, so do look into this matter ASAP, rest app is useful, Hope to see more new features coming...best wishes to developers, keep improving app and guide us.

After the new update not getting notification/ alert in my phone. I checked all phone settings however didn't got anything. Please help on this issue as without notification these apps seems incomplete

Very poor support for this app. It doesn't show the position of the vehicle accurately as is my experience. If I raise a concern, they would not come back promptly: I've been waiting for 1 week. They even don't have the record of renewal payment of the customer: they would ask you "did you pay the renewal fee". Mahindra is ridiculously inefficient. + After intervention of Mr. Irfan Khan of Mahindra, the problem got resolved immediately--presumably there was a cache poisoning at server. 🙏

Subscription expired error for new car since 2 months and Mahindra is not able to solve such simple error after 100s of calls and follow-ups

It worked great for the first year. Sometimes connectivity issue occurred, but no other issues noticed. After the subscription renewal, first the live tracking stopped, when I registered complaint, all the features stopped working. I am getting all the alerts, but while accessing any live status such as fuel info, tire pressure, trip info, it says vehicle not registered. Now I have been running through different service center for resolution for the last 3 months without any progress.
