Bluesmart - Connected Carry-on

★★★★★ Like iOS I just switched from iPhone to Android and found the latest version of the Bluesmart App works fine, same as on my iPhone before

★★★★★ Still lots of love... ...everything works fine on my LG V10, for those with blinking lights, just put it in AIRPLANE MODE before reaching the TSA Checkpoint...no more lights...but, my battery isn't holding a full charge anymore, stopping at 90%, and drops to 40% within 6 hours....still no travel logs...in the Android app...

★★★★★ Its great but need lots of improvement I hope for android users, they will make widgets for quick connect and unlock the baggage easier

★★☆☆☆ Cannot connect to luggage, so useless. I see the bag on phone, but nothing more. App also keeps crashing and is horrifically unstable. Why on earth buy this luggage if one of the main selling points just doesn't work. Please fix!

★★☆☆☆ I've had my Bluesmart V1.0 for almost a year, so I saw the days of the original app, it never really worked that great but thankfully because of work I'm not tied exclusively to android, so I used the iphone app. However since version 3.0.1 is released both android and iphone apps are identical. My issue with the app is this, it leaves a very annoying notification on my Pixel 2 XL. Even when I turn the bluetooth off the notification stating a Bluesmart is connected remains. First of all I don't even want to see a notification for that, no other bluetooth device forces me to have a notification stating something I already know because I open the bluesmart app when I need to work with my luggage, number 2, the notification doesn't even open the bluesmart app, poor app planning on bluesmarts part. Also after weighing the bag it tells me i can add that info to Trips however the trips section of the app is gone. All this being said I love my V.1 carry on its a very nice looking bag with some decent functionality. My main issue is the bluesmart team and the lack of app functionality, how do you put out a half baked app on these major platforms, make something that works 100% smh....

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app and suitcase I really tried to like it.. Was a great concept, but the execution was terrible... Suitcase itself was physically poorly designed, and the app + software on the bag itself keeps on having to problems on pairing and just working..
