Can access to my alarm system remotely only when connect to Wi-Fi connection, no way to connect when using mobile data, this will defeat the purpose for remote login as we may not be connected to any Wi-Fi network while we are away. [Update] Get to know need to turn on Dual Sim setting inside the app in order to get it works. Kind of weird why this setting is needed, anyhow this fixes my problem.

App logs out after a couple of hours which means no alarm notifications pushed to device which defeats the purpose of having the app on the phone. Works after changing to different emails per device. Thank you for the quick response.

Many iOS having issue connecting to the app

The app is not stable. When connect to Wi-Fi, it's very hard to connect. Connect through mobile data, then ok. Then sometime it's the other way round.
