Some mobile phone like oppo & vivo cannot access P2P module when using mobile data but using Wi-Fi to connect is ok.

Alarm is too loud when there is event of alarm triggered, no way to adjust volume or turn off sound notification.

The app doesn't work well during Data roaming. Notification can receive however unable to Arm and Disarm the alarm. Unable to log into the app at all. Always shown Connection Fail / Time out. Please fix it.

The hardware is totally unreliable. I've got the wireless module replaced once. The wireless module will "hang" every few days. The only way to reset is to pull the power cable. There is no power switch. Imagine you're away from home and the wireless module don't respond. How do you monitor your home? Defeat the purpose of paying for a wireless module. I will not recommend Blugard to anyone. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE...!!!!
