Awful bank and app and home banking. The app never works, the home banking as well. Everything is bugged. Awful and incompetent customer support. Plus it is the only italian bank which still makes you pay bank transfers

The worst banking experience ever, don't open any account with BNL. It has no European branches outside Italy, I need to come all the way from Amsterdam to Rome to change my phone number because I couldn't receive OTP. And now that I'm back I have the same issue (access denied due to security issue). BNL is a Joke. €9.9 monthly subscription for this service. I'll close my account.

I will not recommend any to open account in bnl, I am facing worst experience from there staff and their banking as well. They charged too much money for transfer money to other account, I was in bank I sent transfer money in bank by paying cost, and staff sent twice same money same account, but I signed only for one transaction, and now more than 2 months bank had cancel transaction and accepted they did by mistake, but till now I didn't receive my amount from other bank. Worst banking
