Great app! I use it a lot for fund transfer to other banks, SEPA, and pay bills. I manage all my cards through the app: credit, debit and prepaid. It's very user-friendly! È un app molto utile e facile da usare! 👍🏽👌🏽💚

User lock 🔐 but why? So my old phone just up and died, so I got a new phone and installed this app I put my username and password in correctly, but it showed me the nickname of the old phone that doesn't function anymore, so I proceeded to change it, the app never allowed me, so I called customer service and got Francesco who told me to uninstall and then reinstall the app, which I did and guess what I still can't get inside the app or get access to the online banking either 😔👎🏿👎🏿

Horrible, extremely difficult to login, unclear and counterintuitive organization of menus. Different security system than all other similar banking applications. Cumbersome!
