The app needs an account refresh button, so I don't have to log out then back in to check a payment in any of my accounts straight away. Other than that, best bank app yet!!

As of the last few months of decision-making by BNZ I have to express my disgust in this review. In the ongoing bid to normalize surveillance in the minds and lives of the population, BNZ now forces you, with no opt out, to have your behavioral biometrics and device data analyzed, stored, and likely sold while using the BNZ app and online banking website. On top of this, the app is now unable to be updated despite my phone being a 2018 flagship Samsung. Screw BNZ, don't support spyware.

I received no warning that my Samsung S9 would not be compatible with the BNZ app, and now I can't reload the app after deleting it to reinstall.

It's a good app until all of a sudden, it shows the tax deduction amount in the term deposits transactions. I'm not sure what the purpose of showing the tax amount is or why this feature was introduced. If you have to include the tax amount, at least show the NET interest amount rather than the GROSS interest amount since it is the net amount that is the actual amount of interest that gets paid out to customers each month. Essentially, it's not making things easier for customers as it claimed.
