The app needs an account refresh button, so I don't have to log out then back in to check a payment in any of my accounts straight away. Other than that, best bank app yet!!

V9.47.0 — Very slick, functional and useful app. BNZ banking app is only supported on Android OS v11.0 or higher. Good for what it's designed for, but can't be used with Garmin Pay/Fitbit Pay on watches. You have to have an ASB account for that.

Tells me the app is no longer compatible with my device and contact bank WHAT there is nothing wrong with my phone something wrong somewhere

Can't upgrade. Once again bnz is adding to my stress by requiring action that I cannot perform. The fear is that I won't be able to get into Internet banking. I just wish I could have a choice to not have to use my phone for security. An awful flimsy clumsy system.

It's a good app until all of a sudden, it shows the tax deduction amount in the term deposits transactions. I'm not sure what the purpose of showing the tax amount is or why this feature was introduced. If you have to include the tax amount, at least show the NET interest amount rather than the GROSS interest amount since it is the net amount that is the actual amount of interest that gets paid out to customers each month. Essentially, it's not making things easier for customers as it claimed.
