★★☆☆☆ It's just upsetting how I don't have the points I should have earned. We went to a branch in Banilad Cebu, said they're gonna put points manually. We can't go back there easily since it's a far from where I live. Have this point system fixed or just turn down the whole app. ㅡ.ㅡ

★★☆☆☆ Personnels not fully prepared for this app The app itself is great but the personnels in various branches are not fully trained or prepared for this app. They often forgot to ask the customer if they have the app. By the time i handed my phone they would say that they already punched in my orders and its too late to use the app. Then afterwards they would ask me my code (I dont know what for). As a result i failed open my fifth voucher TWICE in a row... and my points havent increased yet even when i purchased food and drinks TWICE now....
