App works fine, but the new rewards program is much worse. I had several free drinks with the previous system which did not transfer over, and some espresso drinks are not covered under the new system. Not happy with the transition.

Ordering online was much better. The app won't open the rewards, ordering online gave updates on your order status. The app sucks.
