Dear Team, I find it quite difficult to locate the Passbook feature in the bob World app. Since it is a frequently used option, I request you to place it at the top of the main home screen for better accessibility. Additionally, I have noticed that sometimes the transactions are not getting updated in the passbook. I request you to kindly look into these issues and resolve them.

I can't reset password, new application asking reset password from old application, and old application asking to open new application. Why bob IT doing this type of bug

UI is pleasant as co. Pared to the old app however why do I need to register for UPI again when I had an active and valid VPA for years on top of that it changes my customized VPA to my mobile number@barodampay. This is worst from privacy protection point of view, what if I don't want to let the other person my mobile number yet want him to pay me? Please allow us to set our customized VPA as it was in earlier app.

I forgot login pin, I try in new app it tells going to old app and set pin but if I go to old app no option coming, no option coming for forgot pin.
