Could not set up this app. Waiting for onetime SMS from app to identify my Mobile. BOB must read previous reviews and improve. This app is not fit for purpose and BOB should check it before uploaded. Public demand a World class bank world-class service

I receive the OTP but the space on the app is grayed out, so I can't type anything?? I tried this 3 years ago same issue. Not surprised had to be an Indian bank!!!

Worst app! Cannot log in even. Bank suggested entering mobile number without a 0. Still doesn't work! Please fix the app first before making useless suggestions.
