BNB mPAY brings you the best in mobile banking, giving you a secure and easy way to manage your money on the go with instant sign-up using your mobile number.

I don't have as such complaints regarding the app. However, I want to share a story that disappointed me. BNB bank officials came to my school to create some awareness on financial literacy. I thought of opening a savings account with the bank. They handed us the form and day after I submitted the form (Without any ERRORS), but I was shocked because my name had been mistaken, I complained yet no action is to be seen till now. Points out CARELESSNESS OF BNB's Employee. Thank you

Disappointed 😞 very slow... sometime msg pop up only after one day and the account balance is different in msg and mpay app.
