Disappointed with BNB’s customer service. I contacted customer care for assistance, but the way I was spoken to was not polite or patient. I also had Nu. 157.50 deducted as maintenance charges, so I expected better service. Educated customers may manage, but elderly or less-educated people can face many difficulties opening accounts and getting assistance. BNB should learn from BOB, especially regarding politeness, patience, and customer support. I hope BNB takes this feedback positively.
