Hi I feel this app is good, but there are some things i don't understand when money is deposited it does not get credited immediately in my account like the other banks

Its really taking time for money to get credited in it plus my scanner of this app doesn't work at all. They say it's because of some issues, works or because of transaction time after work hour. But what if it's a first time user like me who doesn't know about this issue and that person is really in need to use the money in emergency situations. This app is like not client centered but work centered. I don't like it at all.

I went to 2 shops and tried to pay, but it was not working so I left the things in both the shops. Later when I checked my balance my money was deducted, and it went to the owner of those 2 shops. Is it a joke or what?! I literally had a little pocket money left, and it finished so fast without getting anything during the hot day!!! Is this app scamming me or what?!!!!
