Hi I feel this app is good, but there are some things i don't understand when money is deposited it does not get credited immediately in my account like the other banks

I usually prefer using this app but now the money request option is not functioning. Why is it taking tons of time to transfer and deposit from another bank account while for some banks, transfer of few thousands even lakh takes fraction of minute. Please the DK team has to work on this.

I went to 2 shops and tried to pay, but it was not working so I left the things in both the shops. Later when I checked my balance my money was deducted, and it went to the owner of those 2 shops. Is it a joke or what?! I literally had a little pocket money left, and it finished so fast without getting anything during the hot day!!! Is this app scamming me or what?!!!!
