For non-Persian speakers and Iranians who lives overseas, I’m not sure whether they can use it effectively, so it’s worth doing a bit of research first. The best fitness app I’ve ever used — guided by the best coach in the world. Everything is thoughtfully designed: workout plans, training sets, nutrition guidance, and more.
