Using the app to monitor my spending on the student card is great, but after a while I encountered a bug or an issue where myself and my guardian can not see the current balance on the card, it being 0.00 GEL but still being able to pay for things such as a bus ride or a quick snack.

Can someone tell me what to do when you want to forget your pin and want to upgrade you account pin and when you enter your cards' info it's says choose way to send code and there is blank screen
