Extremely Frustrated I’m extremely frustrated with the BOI Mobile app. Every time I open the app, it only shows the BOI Mobile splash screen and then automatically closes/crashes in the background without taking me to the login or any other screen. I have already tried clearing the cache and session, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue is still exactly the same. I can’t even reach the login screen or access my account. Please fix this issue urgently.

Bank of India’s mobile banking app is honestly one of the most frustrating banking apps to use. The app hangs so badly that even entering the MPIN feels like a struggle. A basic banking application should open quickly and work smoothly, but this app often behaves as if it is running on extremely outdated technology. Customers need reliable banking services, not an app that wastes their time. Bank of India seriously needs to fix the performance, stability, and overall quality of this app.
