Sometimes during scanning code it says upi ID not available after 2-3 times it works. Please check and improve. And not easy deposit creation option, no kyc update facility

The worst app possible...there is no option to give rating in minus. So, I have to give 1 star. Thanks to his developers and BOI for buying a high class server. Close your account in BOI cz in the modern era you need to have mob banking app to work. So, better to go to a good bank.

I am facing multiple issues with the Bank of India mobile app. My PPF account was frozen earlier, and after visiting the branch, I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, my PPF account is still not visible in the app. When I open the PPF section, no account details are displayed. Additionally, when I try to open the app, a "Technical Error" message appears even before entering my MPIN. This makes it difficult to access banking services.
