Worst experience have ever. I booked a ticket to Galahad from Guwahati with pick up at Khanapara as scheduled at 6.15 am. I also contact the person who holding the number and informed me that driver would contact in morning. And up to 7 am at Khanapara, I waited, but nobody called me. I also tried the contact but no response. Apart from payment the whole situation Harrased me and caused a delay. I will go other way. It should be gone the negative side rather than single star

Just now came to know about it. Tried to book a seat from Jorhat, but it shows errors. Good initiative but lack of maintenance ... It was a confirmed booking on 26 Jan 19. Uncertainty was cleared and told it will run but at last moment it was cancelled. Again 27 Jan 19, the driver told they will leave early, reported at 1415 Hrs but again their technical problems, rescheduled to 1600 Hrs.
