Coming from Boomtown, this app is a clear upgrade. The only drawback is the small text and difficult to find menu options. Intuitively, we all thought the (+) was only to add a lead, but it actually brings up all of your menu options. Seems to work fine and the dialer is awesome!

Virtually Unusable - can't log in. Type in email address, and it kicks you to a website for a single sign in, where you put your email address in again, then password, then kicks you back to the app and have to do it all over again. Sometimes after several attempts you actually get into the app. CRM needs to be fast and efficient to be effective. Bold Trail is neither.

Will not open/load and then shuts down. Have to clear the cache every time. Does no good if you can use it.

App is virtually unusable. Constant bugs. Errors left and right. Doesn't seem to line up with the web version for texts or contact statuses (which also has its own set of issues) unless I UNINSTALL and reinstall the app every few days. Notifications for texts come in HOURS after the time listed in the text, if I even get them on mobile with notifications from the app allowed... The Dialer is all over. Log a call, and it takes me back to the person I just called when I hit next and queues them...
