Everyone seems to have had a disaster with this app. Personally I find it easy to navigate and simple to book, the app doesn't freeze up, crash or cause issues. Very helpful app.

Doesn't work! The email verification never came through.

Dreadful won't let me move/ change appointment have to contact the company, when I contacted Ovate they said wait until there's an app update it's like waiting for Xmas
★☆☆☆☆Gennie Beavan· Apr 18, 2021
The concept of this app is brilliant, but the user experience is absolutely atrocious. The scrolling issue is my biggest bug bear, devs, please fix this, it can't be that hard! Also, is there's an error please add something to say what the error is (no appointments for the specific day, or salon closed etc.). I would love this to work. I hate booking things over the phone, and an app to do it would be perfect.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would, you try to go through the list of local places because the 'find places' doesn't work, you scroll down, and it jumps back to the top, gave up and deleted, don't bother.
