I have been using book water for almost 5 months now. I can say one thing the quality of water is good. I would say better than bisleri. And cans are always new and clean. The cost is 55 rupees which is a bit higher than what you get from local vendors at 35 rupees, but it is worth it for the quality and taste of water. Local vendors reuse their cans multiple times god knows how many times. Delivery is also always on time. Sometimes otp alone is hard to find in the app

Worst. Suddenly discontinued services. I am stuck with 3 water cans, no refund, so customer service, nothing. At least refund my deposit money.

Not gonna place any orders anymore. Quality of the water has been good. However, I didn't have a good experience with the customer service except the 1st day when dialing in for placing the 1st order. Delay in order delivery. When you call the support team they just answer the call and keep it aside after several attempts from your side. And if you dial the delivery agent, they just won't pick your call mostly. I thought Book Water is good compared to bisleri, turns out it's all the same. 👎🏻
