Boomic: Live Voice Changer

Talk and hear yourself as a robot, a giant or a chipmunk, live, with no wait.

Boomic is a real time voice changer for your phone. Pick a voice, press the talk button and hear the new voice the moment you speak. Everything runs on the device, so it works offline, anywhere. Use it for party pranks through a speaker, funny voice notes for your group chat, or character voices for roleplay and short videos.

LIVE MODE
- Listen through headphones, a Bluetooth speaker or the phone speaker.
- A built-in latency meter shows the delay in milliseconds, so you know exactly what you will hear.
- Wired headphones and the phone speaker are the fastest. Bluetooth adds some delay of its own, and the meter shows how much.
- The howl guard stops the squeal that happens when the mic hears the speaker, so a voice changer for a Bluetooth speaker at a party stays clean.
- Use the volume keys as push-to-talk.
- Live mode keeps running with the screen off.

24 VOICES AND THE CHARACTER PAD
Choose from 24 voice effects: normal, deep, giant, child, chipmunk, robot, alien, monster, ghost, cave, underwater, radio, walkie-talkie, telephone, drone, choir, whisper, villain, cartoon duck, old man, megaphone, echo, stadium and reverse (reverse works on recordings only). There is a deep voice for a movie trailer, a helium voice for a laugh, a robot voice for a game night and a monster voice for a scary story.

The Character Pad goes further. It is a pitch and formant pad: drag your finger to make any voice bigger, smaller, higher or deeper, from a lighter girl voice or boy voice tone to a huge giant. When you like it, save it as a named character with an emoji, ready for next time.

RECORD ONCE, TRY EVERY VOICE
Record one take, then swipe through every voice on the same recording until it sounds right. Your original recording is kept, so you can change your mind as often as you like. Trim the start and the end, then export a voice note (.m4a) to WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord, or save it to your phone's Music folder. One recording, endless funny voice versions.

SAY IT IN CHARACTER
Type a line and hear it spoken in any voice, using your phone's text-to-speech. Save the result as a take and share it like any other recording.

REACTION PADS
Eight reaction sounds sit under your thumb: laugh, boo, rimshot, applause, drumroll, air horn, ta-da and sad trombone. They play over your live voice, so the timing is always yours.

PRIVACY
All processing happens on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed and there is no cloud AI. Your recordings stay on your device, and the app works offline.

WITHOUT PRO
Without Pro, Boomic is a complete voice modifier, not a demo:
- 8 voices: normal, deep, chipmunk, robot, alien, echo, radio and cave.
- Try the Character Pad live.
- Live sessions of 10 minutes.
- Takes up to 60 seconds.
- 3 Say it lines per day.
- 4 reaction pads.
- Ads appear only on the Takes list and after you save or export.

Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. No credits, no per-second charges.

FAIR USE
Boomic is made for fun. Only prank people who would laugh too. Never use it to impersonate real people or to deceive anyone. Boomic does not change your voice in phone calls; it plays the new voice through your headphones or speaker and into your recordings.
