Great app – lots of great deals and offers. I just wish we had faster results/screen loading times when searching for products + better results filtering. If these get addressed then I'll gladly give 5 stars for sure! EDIT: Since my original review in 2022 things have been improved (browsing speed, better search filters, added shopping tab + staying logged in on app) so it's earned the full 5 stars

Just LOVE Boots, both online and in-store. The only thing I would say about the app, is it doesn't have a color chart for foundation products, so sometimes I don't like to buy foundation from the app, because I'm unable to get my correct shade, so if I'm wanting a new foundation, I have to go in-store to buy it, other than that I have no more concerns or complaints 🌟🌟

I love boots products but find the app is a lot slower than the Boots website, and you can't zoom in on a picture.

The offer downloaded on my Advantage card didn't apply at the checkout. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they weren't able to fix that error. So I didn't place the order.

It does not work. It never lets me log in, won't let me add my loyalty card when I eventually get logged in & then says my local store doesn't exist for click & collect. It's easier to order things as guest. Terrible app.
