Description
BorderWatcher was made in order to create a platform which informs about the car traffic at European border crossing. To provide more accurate information it is necessary that you indicate how long did your border crossing take. Year after year its expanded with other countries such as (Serbia, Romania, Ukraine, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Kosovo, Poland )
Recent changes: - Enhanced Sorting on Borders Page by ABC or load - Relative Time in Chat: Chat messages now display timestamps in a relative format (e.g., "5 minutes ago") for better readability.

EDIT: Finally the policy is available in English. Rating updated: 4/5 The app forces you to agree to its terms and policies, which are written exclusively in a foreign language (Hungarian?), and there is no way for you to view/download/translate to another language. The only option is to agree, without knowing what is it that you are agreeing to. 1/5 for that, and also a lot of the border crossings do not have any real information - it seems to be mostly catering to Hungarian border crossings.

I value this app very highly. It depends on a crowdsourcing of data, voluntary contribution of boarder-crossing people. It was very useful to me, and I sugest travelers to give it a chance, participating for common good. Thank You! PS - usual google traffic evaluation is less dependable, I guess people are switching mobile data off because of roming.

Used to be a great app, before the dev turned it into a data miner. Login is now mandatory, and only possible with Google or Facebook... Response to dev: Does it matter if the change happened 7 years ago or 7 minutes ago? This app was never unreliable so your choice for this change is unwarranted in my view and, whether you are aware or not, Google and Facebook ARE collecting at least the login, but most likely usage statistics as well simply by integrating with their APIs.

Only Google and Facebook login options and being forced to accept their almost extortionate privacy policy is a no-go for me as I respect my privacy. At least the developer should take some effort and introduce a paid option with normal login and privacy options. Uninstalled.
