Easy to use, but I wish the aids had more frequency control, namely separate bass, midrange and treble adjustments. I think Bose wanted to keep it extremely simple (a single adjustment for frequency control is as simple as it gets) but most people can handle bass, midrange and treble on a stereo, why not on hearing aids too? I need a boost on bass and treble, and there's no way to do that. Still, I get better speech discrimination with these than with any prior aids I've used, so I'm happy.

This app is not that bad. I have $7,000 hearing aides and can't hear tv. I take out my hearing aides and use the Bose headphones. Works like a charm. Hopefully Bose comes out with a hearing aid for severe hearing lose. I'd switch in a heart beat.

App consistently drops connection and needs reboot

Love the hearing aids! App works well after connection. 2 stars for the app itself. Lots of connection issues. Never connects the first time. Connects about 20 percent of the time

Static, what is all of a sudden static in the right headphone???
★★☆☆☆
Consistently reports the wrong battery level on Android 9. Reported to Bose twice through help system yet still no contact to pursue a fix. Occasionally loses Bluetooth sync, but that's a minor issue. App has very limited functionality to warrent Bluetooth battery drain. Hearing aids work fine without this incomplete app.
★★☆☆☆
App stopped connecting to my hearing aids. Tried reinstalling, and everything else I could think of. It just won't connect.
