A good initial app version for a DYNAMITE pedal. Ignore the uninformed online racket about the PX-1. It's a powerhouse and ridiculous value. Looking forward to new pedal releases!!!

★★★★★ D 312 · Jan 1, 2026

Hi ... my PX-1 pedal is working great, but the app is not working anymore. "Communications error ..." keeps coming up on the app when I open it. I can't get past it. The app was working just fine, and I downloaded and transferred the extra 8 pedals to the PX-1 pedal itself. Overall I am pleased with the pedal and app but am I itching to download the new pedals in January. I decided to post this in order to highlight the issue I am facing. Hopefully it will be fixed by January. Thank you.

Just says communication error. Can't get it to even open. Network is working fine. App says no connection. How do you troubleshoot if the app won't even open.

★☆☆☆☆ Vand3lay · Jul 3, 2026

Doesn't work, just gives errors trying to open. Can't access paid for pedals or connect to PX-1

★☆☆☆☆ Domeniko Gentner · Aug 15, 2026

I have bought the Boss Plug out FX. First, the pedal wouldn't connect. Fair enough, did a firmware update. Needs an extra Windows computer. After the update, only authentication errors with the pedal. Unable to load any effects. Boss's inability to create seamless user experiences is sad. Thank God for the return policies of stores. If you want to sell this stuff to me, make sure you know how to program the apps for it. The Katina app is just as bad.
