Hi ... my PX-1 pedal is working great, but the app is not working anymore. "Communications error ..." keeps coming up on the app when I open it. I can't get past it. The app was working just fine, and I downloaded and transferred the extra 8 pedals to the PX-1 pedal itself. Overall I am pleased with the pedal and app but am I itching to download the new pedals in January. I decided to post this in order to highlight the issue I am facing. Hopefully it will be fixed by January. Thank you.

A good initial app version for a DYNAMITE pedal. Ignore the uninformed online racket about the PX-1. It's a powerhouse and ridiculous value. Looking forward to new pedal releases!!!

Just says communication error. Can't get it to even open. Network is working fine. App says no connection. How do you troubleshoot if the app won't even open.

Doesn't work, just gives errors trying to open. Can't access paid for pedals or connect to PX-1

Microtransactions, no, thanks. $10 for each additional effect for a pedal that already costs as much as an HX One that has over 300. Every Helix update has been free. This is a cash grab of the worst kind. There's a reason most of the pedals they have on the Plug out weren't made for long.
