A great crm that has many useable features, in fact very necessary features that you must have to make follow-up easy and tracking possible. Campaigns, funnels, texting, calling, email, domain connection, etc. Only issue I've had is figuring out how to use some of those features... I had to get support, which at first was not as easy to get, but has since improved with live chat available and help library with some videos. I'm glad I now have a system that makes my client management efficient.
