It's definitely helpful, I haven't had to revert to the website. The only problems I did have been to do with the bags I deposited. One time, I was missing a whole bag, contacted support, and a few days later, I was funded for another bag. Other time, 2 of 4 FULL bags had deposits that were a 1/3 (if not 1/4) of the actual bags, and they funded me an approximate amount, which was close enough. Both problems were fixed within days! I didn't even get a reply the last time. I just saw the fix!

The only thing this app is good for is to quickly check your balance... IF you're not randomly required to log in manually. The app doesn't allow for fingerprint enabling or Google save passwords so when I'm at the quick drop door and there's a line behind me, I open the app, and it's requiring manual entry. Who remembers every username and password format requirements? Not me, they're all different. Problems scanning the QR code more than half the times at the drop door or kiosk. Please fix it.

First time using this. Entered name & password. Loaded for 10 minutes. Thought it might have been the password, entered email address. Loading...loading. Went back to entering name & password. Loading... Guy at the center said to restart the phone. I did, no difference. Guy says the problem is on the bottle drop end. I can take the 2 bags of cans to 2 stores. But the stores charge $2.50 more for milk, so I wouldn't be saving money. 20 minutes wasted outside of bottle drop facility.

TRANSFER FUNDS button is covered up by the "about balance transfers" button which makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO TRANSFER FUNDS! What exactly is the point of the app if you can't transfer funds? Total L
