When you are in negative it does not tell you are in negative on the app. Current balance and available balance does not reflect that you are in the negative resulting in an overdraft charge

The fingerprint sensor no longer allows login. Screen just hangs on "please wait". Works correctly if you enter username and password.

Trash can't log in stuck on purple unbank screen I have to go directly to the website to check my balance I called customer service they didn't know what to do UPDATE THE APP TO WORK ON ALL ANDROIDS DO YOUR JOB

The app is telling me that its unsafe that it has been rooted and tampered with despite factory resetting my phone 2 minutes ago. Update now that the devs responded: I factory resetted my phone and lost access to all my accounts for nothing y'all suck.

My bank has locked me out of my funds by changing its format to one. Beyond my phone's ability without prior notice!! I must go into bank to address! Disabled!
