When you are in negative it does not tell you are in negative on the app. Current balance and available balance does not reflect that you are in the negative resulting in an overdraft charge

Terrible app login experience. My newly established biometric login keeps resulting in an invalid password message, and your app will not recognize saved passwords in Google password manager. Took me almost 5 minutes to log in to the app.

This is the worst app I've ever used for banking or any app that's like banking. The app has fingerprint login but always brings you to security questions before fully logging in. It frigging drives me nuts.

Been struggling with the new web based app for a couple of years now. It crashes constantly when trying to deposit checks, and it looks circa 2009. I love the people at unbank, but this is unbearable. I don't want to, but I'm going to have to move all my accounts to a different bank. Edit- uninstalled and reinstalled. Also changed to standard theme. Still looks like it was made by nintendo 1985. Upped to 2 stars. Update- 1 star. Going with different bank. App crashes every time I try to deposit
