Confusing at first When I first got the app o didn't know that I had to sign up online first. I wish that they said this somewhere on the app because I spent a long time looking for a sign-up button on the app. Other than that it is very good.

Eh, no better than using the website lol so, app is pointless. I wish it wouldn't block me out when I forget my PW after 2 tries, and you can't do anything but call them to fix it unlike every website, ever - there's no way to recover it with security questions, or anything. If it's past bank hours, you're screwed til the next day. Why not instead of this, awful system - do the 2-step verification that most sites are adopting? Same tight security, no wasting time for customers...
