Finding this service was a stroke of luck for me, as I was travelling and needed to receive a few shipments. The app notifications work well and all the shipments arrived safely at the pickup location. There is still room for improvement in customer service response times. The staff at the pickup location was great. Very helpful and responsive.

Do not use this service!! They closed the pickup point and my package (New GoPRO) disappeared. They don't know where the package is, yet I keep getting pickup notifications. Probably stolen by Bounce. TERRIBLE Costumer support. NO WAY TO CALL THEM. Do not trust them with packages!!! Too risky.

Default is set to show only "delivery auto approved" locations, so many cities show no locations. $5 package pickup is deceptive. Size limit for that price is a 2" x 2" x 2" cube, which isn't even enough to fit an address label. Anything more than 8 cubic inches (letters) is ~$20+ to pick up. This real pricing is hidden below the first unscrolled screen and under a link. If you want to hunt for a location by open hours and days, the whole list resets @every location move. Ivy is awesome.
