It's reassuring to get confirmation texts of your booking and a description of the taxi you will be getting and details of the driver. Tracking is good. Annoying having to confirm with bank for every booking made. It does have a problem with showing that a tip has been made. I don't recommend using the App for that as it doesn't show every time at end of trip. Prefer to give directly to driver as I was overcharged for tip.it didn't show, so I paid extra and only saw when I checked my bank.

Great app for booking local taxis in Hitchin. Will be using it from now on. Good service from Boxalls too! 2½ years later, not so good. Unable to log into app. Back to the old-fashioned way I guess.
