It has a lot of training modules for shadow-boxing, giving combos to follow and with visualization (a stick man that performs the combos). It is a really great boxing training app. I got the lifetime subscription for quite cheap, value for money

I like this app. I have the Heavy Bag Pro App lifetime, but the workouts there get repetitive and stagnated. This one is different since this app has techniques that real fighters use, updates new fighters. This app also breaks down the combos pros uses and other fighters as well. There are footwork drills, combos, defense drills, and the jump rope warm up is good. I just wish that this App had body weight exercises to follow or strength and conditioning workouts as well as a road work timer.

This is one of the best app or probably the best app to learn boxing, to do your drills, shadow-boxing or with heavy bags. It even has the timer and jump rope tools for more flexibility. You can edit the workout or some aspects of it. And many more. Oh, if you follow Skills Boxing YouTube channel, it even incorporates some of the lessons or skills or techniques explain in some of the videos. One other feature I like is that it has a menu for certain pro boxer or legend drills or combinations.

Honestly, this app isn't great. They make it very hard to unsubscribe. I tried to unsubscribe, and they still charged me for a full year. I only used the app once and wasn't impressed at all.

The app is good, but I paid for 1 year subscription, but it was charging me the monthly subscription as well... so I paid subscription for 1 year, and I was again paying monthly subscription.....don't use this app if u got money issue there are better alternatives....
