I used to really like this app as they had a variety of free workouts and challenges, you only had to watch an add to unlock it. However after the last update this app got horrible, almost all workouts are locked behind premium, and they removed all the 30-day challenges. Also, before you could set a difficulty and preview all the individual workouts in the session, but now when you click on the session it immediately takes you to the workout and starts the workout times. Lack accessible workouts.
