The food arrived on time with very good packaging. Everything was fresh and tasty. Delivery updates were clear and helpful. The box was secure, and nothing spilled. Overall, a great experience highly recommended.

Very, very poor service. If we order something even in next street restaurant they will deliver at least 1 hr late. And give very, very lame response like hotels responded late and ask us to speak to restaurant. What is point of we asking restaurant when we order from their tied up restaurant. Sometimes if the ordered food is not available they will not inform us, and we need to wait in hungry. It is very lame and unreasonable to charge 30 - 40 rs for per delivery at this performance. Very poor app.

I have previously written review for this app. Their Delivery Men are very harsh. I had an incident they were already late by 30 min they didn't even call me when they arrived rather knocked the door when we asked them to wait for a min to unlock the door bring money. They started behaving harshly which I even have CCTV footage recording. They banned my account by reversing that I was harsh LOL. They even stated my 1-star review previously. Please check out other TPT apps for our good sake, not worth
