Second ever attempt at DC charging (Chemo) and it works perfectly.....so far. 1st attempt at BP Khyber Pass the station must have been faulty.

I used BP Charge on a trip to Hamilton from Hastings last w/e. The best and easiest charging system I have used in the last 6 1/2 years I've been traveling around both islands with a Niro PHEV then Renault Zoe 45 EV now with a BYD Atto3. Each car was a vast improvement on the previous car but the charging system were getting more unreliable and too slow except for the Hyper Chargers. BP has moved the public charging up a large jump and l am thrilled with and highly recommend their new systems.

Every time I try to use the app it rejects my card and account forcing me to resign in and rein put my card details. It forces me through three menus that take forever to load just to access my account. Most the time I can deal with it but this time they charged me $40 as a deposit for what should've been a $3 charge. The app said they would refund the remaining money but have yet to do so in the past week. I've never experience anything like this with other EV chargers, it makes no sense.

Unable to use. Disabled my account when trying to save my credit card. No in-app support to get it working. The same credit card and email works fine in the main BP app. Why not implement everything into one app that works? How am I supposed to try another card when you disabled my account? I already tried that before the account was disabled.
