This is the best app for bank service here in Rwanda, even if it is complicated to log in for the first time, but by the time you log in, it has quite a lot of service, I like how it easy to send money on mobile money and how it 100% granted that you money whenever you send it

I had a very frustrating experience with this app. It frequently crashes and doesn't function properly when I need it the most. It’s hard to believe the positive reviews here, as it seems like they may be from people associated with the company and I know one of them in their branche Would not recommend until they fix these issues!"

The security is a must but to facilitate the use in app navigation is important too. How a user can't reset a password and have to contact the busy or untesponding support center?
