The app keeps on saying system unavailable every time, even after updating the app

The app has been consistently saying system unavailable for over a month now. It works once in a while. I've tried installing again severally. Check on it urgently Also, the app needs more features like Lipa na Mesa till and paybill options. It's hideous having to transfer cash to Mesa every time one has to make payment.
