Good stuff! My negligent neighbor got a $260 ticket, because he has blocked my driveway occasionally. Finally, Fed up, I have reported him for a parking infraction. They came fast. I dare my neighbor to block my driveway again, Stupid butt.

Every ticket creation is met with AXIO NETWORK error and clicking MY REQUESTS times out with REQUEST FAILED WITH STATUS CODE 504. (gateway timeout). When you call city, they ask to use app, when you use app, all these errors show up. When you are able to create ticket, nobody shows up, if you record ticket number at time of creation and call city to investigate, they keep giving answers that ticket is closed as UNABLE TO PROCEED. It's a vicious loop which causing citizens to cause issues.

Worst app. It crashes all the time when submitting the form. Too much time waste to submit one request

Not user-friendly long delays finding service request, and I believe there is a delay once submitted, and they don't even get referred to the city in reasonable time for any enforcement action. What a waste of taxpayer dollars. But when you call the city they are working from home and sleeping I've heard snoring and agent are whispering like wfh is going on brampton.
