IMPORTANT: This app can ONLY be used in Japan. It's NOT possible to send money from ANY OTHER country than JAPAN. If you have a Japan Post Bank account, send the funds directly from your account to your Brastel Remit App (from Japan Post Bank ATMs, counters or Internet Banking).

The worst money transfer service I have ever seen. Taking more than 2 weeks to unblock my transactions, though I provided all proofs about my money source details. They don't have a proper AML checking process, they keep asking new requests every time. Unprofessional, inefficient service. Very unsatisfied

Nightmare! Don't use it. Worst customer support. Your self claimed "foreigner support" is iller than nightmare. Worst support ever. And If you have audacity to send me duchy card, would you not rather look into how duchy app works ? Don't use it.

I tried to make account, but I had some issues, when it asks to take a photo of my face it said "face cannot be recognized" I tried several times but still can't recognize my face, and then I tried my other phone, but it had another problem, it won't even take the picture of my ID card even though it sits perfectly within the align, I tried to reinstall it, I tried other accounts even borrow my friend phone but still doesn't work
